A military production company. Dark Matter originally supplied Black Hole with weapons in order to create a war to raise the income of the company. After three wars against the allied nations. The allied nations got some intel about the original creators of the war. The Intelligent Defense System section (IDS) is the research section of Dark Matter lead by Dr. Caulder. Dark Matter is lead by Yukio who lives to make money.

Metal Army

Also known as the "Metall" Army, the Metal Army is an army of robots. The robots were initially invented by Lash. The Robots AI developed its own behaviour instead of following Lash's or Dark Matters orders. The Metal Army defends it's own territory at all costs when it loses it's territory. The Army tries to reconquer it. Besides this the Metal Army is very defensive orientated and doesn't attack anyone.

Black Hole

Black Hole is an aggressive force that seeks to dominate Wars World. Its COs have evil intents and are highly destructive, not caring about how many units they lose, as long as they can achieve their goal. In the first two games, Black Hole occupied some small islands in Cosmo Land and Macro Land respectively as their base of operation, before being driven out by the Allied Nations.
