This tutorial will teaches you how to install mods for COW
If you made or downloaded creator mods here is some following steps
To installs mods you have place like this
Example C:\Users\YourName\Desktop\Commander_Wars_Release\mods (It depends what OS you have currently using)
Once it installed boot up the game click on option and then the mods tab and see if the mod your install there or not
