Day to Day: Properties repair 1 HP less but repair 1 HP to units at 1 range. (Several properties can repair the same unit.)(Com towers are properties and repair at 1 range, Temporary Ports/Airports dont.)

CO Zone: 3 Range, All units firepower and defense increase to 15%.

Super CO Power: Crystal Edge.
Owned Properties heal 3 HP to all units within 2 range. Enemy units within 1 range of their properties take 3 HP dmg. Units whithin 2 range of a property gain 50% firepower. All units defense increases to 15%. (Temporal stuff does damage too.)
